In Vanderlis we take full responsibility of the total and overall business management focused on special targets previously agreed with the owners and investors. Our fees are directly attached to the hotel revenues and profitability.

In VANDERLIS we have 2 Management frameworks
Management
This is a framework where the Owners or Investors rely on VANDERLIS to do the total and overall management of the establishment.
Owners or investors have only a “Landlord” role perceiving profits every month from the daily operations establishments.
This system is different from the Lease framework, where the owners or investors receive a fixed rent, when here, the owners or investors receive a variable rent depending on the operations results. This rent, in general, is higher because it is associated to the business risk participation.
Lease
Lease is a Framework where the owners lease the establishment to VANDERLIS for its operation, receiving a Monthly Fixed Rate for this purpose. This option is ideal for owners who are not interested in getting involved with the facilities and do not want to be associated to the business risk.
Fees
VANDERLIS philosophy is always the vision of a co-owner, hence our fees are directly linked to the business result. Percentages will depend on each establishment.
